AquaServ, Inc. was founded in 1998 by Rick Bobo. Rick has been in the Pool and Spa Industry for over 30 years. He started out in pool and spa construction and has since experienced almost every aspect of residential and commercial pool and spa service and renovation. Rick started this company, so that he could provide a higher caliber of service to the pool operations of Southeastern Virginia.​

AquaServ, Inc. currently provides regular maintenance and preforms repairs for several residential and commercial properties and locations throughout Hampton Roads.
